About Me

As a Registered Social Worker, I take pride in offering compassionate and professional therapy services to people in the community.  I understand that life can become chaotic at times, leaving people overwhelmed and without a clear pathway.  I set out to build trust and therapeutic relationships to ensure people feel comfortable in getting the help they are looking for. I believe that authenticity, compassion and advocacy allows clients to feel safe and comfortable to be able to fully express themselves. With 15 years expereince in the social service sector, I have had the opportunity to work in developmental services, the health care sector- Hamilton Health Sciences and the Catholic School Board.  As such, I am confident that my knowledge and insight makes me very relatable. I value the simplicity of humanity.  The notion that we are all individuals trying to be the best we can in today’s world.  I honour individualism and recongize that the clients are the professionals of their own life and that the clinicians role is to help others reach their goals and find the best version of themselves.
